Responsibilities
  • Managing HR operations and compliance audits across Germany and EU regions, ensuring alignment with local labor laws.
  • Designing and executing audit checks for payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Overseeing end-to-end payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Creating compliance and payroll reports to support planning and analysis.
  • Resolving employee relations issues tied to legal and compliance matters.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth HR service delivery.
  • Applying expertise in EU labor law, payroll compliance, and mobility.
  • Maintaining clear and updated HR process documentation and SOPs.
  • Using data and feedback to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Identifying compliance risks early and taking preventive action.
  • Acting as the main contact for labor authorities and regulatory bodies.
