We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.” #DXCSMARTFirst Roles And Responsibilities: • Assist in data analysis and support HR initiatives, offering insights and recommendations. • Provide administrative support to HR teams on various projects and tasks. • Help maintain HR records and documentation. • Support HR reporting and data management. • Collaborate with HR colleagues on specific support tasks. • Assist in basic employee relations tasks. • Participate in HR training and development activities.
