Qualifications Essential requirements ✅ We think you will be a great fit if: You are in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or the first year of your master's degree. You are studying in the field of HR or similar. You are methodically and analytically strong and can quickly familiarize yourself with and solve complex problems. You are ambitious, enthusiastic, and focused on delivering the best results. You have good interpersonal and communication skills, and you are fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
