Position: HR Supervisor
Location: Downtown Dubai
Salary: AED 5,000 (AED 5,500 after probation)

• Proven experience in an HR supervisory or similar role
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
• Handle payroll preparation and leave management
• Support management in performance reviews and training initiatives
