Description
Responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all activities related to HR to support the organization, including recruitment, organization development, employee relations, compensation initiatives and HR measurements in purpose of supporting the Sultana Plant. Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying HR tools to improve organization performance through enhanced employee engagement and manager effectiveness while ensuring legal compliance. Lead implementation of strategic initiatives to build organizational capability by attracting, developing and retaining top talent. Implement and manage annual training programs, including new employee orientation. Monitor and maintenance of corporate metrics, such as Retention, Turnover, Attendance, Absenteeism, Overtime, Services, etc. Recruitment, Sourcing & Selection of personnel according to established needs and company's processes. Perform personnel administration related processes. Manage the collective bargaining agreement and labor relations processes. Co-responsible for the coordination of the Payroll, including wages and benefits, Social Security, FONACOT, etc. Support for HR Manager in Labor investigations and the proper application of disciplinary measures. Responsible for employees services such as transportation and canteen. Perform special projects as assigned by the HR Manager. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Psychology or equivalent 5+ years of experience in similar position Experience in HR in complex organizations or in greenfields (new location/operation/production plant) Fluent in English at business level.
