JOB SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen at HM Land Registry (HMLR) for three HR Support Desk Advisers to join the HR Group. If you have experience of delivering excellent customer service and have an awareness of HR policy and procedure, we would love to hear from you.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working as part of a team, you will provide professional first-line customer service support to managers and staff across the organisation on all areas of HR policy, process, and payroll queries. You will undertake a variety of HR transactional and administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle in an accurate and timely manner, for example; employment changes, absence management, pay and pensions, retirement, and resignations. Delivery of the service is from a central office in a contact centre environment, communicating by telephone and email.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

We’ll assess you against these technical skills during the selection process:

  • An awareness of HR policy and procedure and experience of administering HR processes.
