We are looking for a colleague to join our team who already has initial HR experience and is ready to take it to the next level. If you have worked in HR during your studies — for example through an internship, part‑time job, HR support role, or any other form of HR assistance — and you’re now seeking a stable role where you can grow, this could be your next opportunity. What your role will include • You will be the first point of contact for our employees — questions, requests, quick help, or guidance. • You will help organize trainings and teambuilding activities. • You will collaborate with our external payroll provider and prepare inputs for payroll processing. • You will manage and update our digital HR platform — information, requests, user support. • You will create and administer employment documentation (contracts, amendments, confirmations). • You will support HR projects and daily HR operations. • You will provide administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. • Office management: Our colleagues work mainly in the field, and the office serves as a collaboration space. You will help organize the work environment and ensure office supplies are available. Who we are looking for • You have practical HR experience — internship, part‑time job, HR support, or another form of cooperation with an HR department. • You understand basic HR processes and want to continue developing in this area. • Discretion, reliability, and accuracy come naturally to you. • You communicate clearly, pleasantly, and respectfully. • You are comfortable with digital tools and enjoy working in an online environment. • Excel and administrative tasks are a natural part of your day.
