REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Highschool degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Two years of relevant experience supporting Employee Relations, Human Resources processes procedures or customer support
  • Knowledge working with MS Office

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the AskHR country coordinators and broader HR Services team to achieve solutions
  • Provides team project coordination and support in effective case management of people related issues such as: ER concerns, disciplinaries, terminations, and investigations, as appropriate
  • Advises managers and employees on entry-level ER matters at the manufacturing site (e.g. attendance and tardy)
  • Executes and assists in the development, implementation and administration of project processes and procedures. Identifies efficiencies and implementation of process improvements.
  • Manages record keeping for various programs and processes, including translations (terminations, performance improvement, escalation and notification, etc)
  • Answer employee questions on organizational policies and procedures; refer employees to appropriate resource as needed
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in managing highly confidential human resources information and exercise sound judgment in handling or working with confidential data and situations
