HUMAN RESOURCE SUPPORT - FIXED TERM CONTRACT (6 MONTHS)

This is an exciting opportunity for an early career HR enthusiast to gain additional HR Administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
As Human Resource Support, the successful candidate will be working across a broad range of operational HR activities. This role and will support the HR Manager with various aspects of the HR lifecycle. From updating policies, generating reports, creating training programmes to assisting with recruitment and onboarding, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly.

MORE ABOUT YOU:

  • Possess a HR / Employment Law Qualification
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge & understanding of Irish employment law
  • Proficient in tools of the trade within human resources including HRIS, file management, and administration tasks
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Proactive & Detail orientated
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Efficient & Organised
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office suite of products essential
  • Previous experience with HR Systems such as Success Factors or TMS or eLearning authoring software (Easy Generator or similar) is advantageous.
    Appointment to these roles is subject to the candidate’s current eligibility to work in Ireland.
    We are looking for an immediate start and offering a fixed term contract until year end.
Responsibilities

Some of the key duties include

  • Data Entry & Data Maintenance: Ensure data and records on our HR Systems (Success Factors & TMS) is accurate and kept up to date
  • Administration Support: Support all general HR administration tasks e.g issuing documentation, creating presentations, communication material
  • Payroll Data Preparation: Administer transactional tasks on time and attendance software to support preparation of payroll and salary reports.
  • HR Query Point of Contact: Be the point of contact for internal HR queries, provide support on where to access information and escalate queries where necessary
  • Project Support: Support local HR projects example: Employee Engagement, Wellbeing, Employer Branding, Policy Updates
  • Report Preparation: Support the preparation of local HR data reports.
