HR Support Officer

Do you have the drive and ambition to work within International Organisations across multiple sectors as an administrative professional? Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit a HR Support Officer to join our leadership and support team based in our Cork branch office.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS;

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work off own initiative
  Full Driving Licenc

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Assisting the HR team an offering support to the recruitment and screening process
• Entering data into the company’s computer systems and creating staff profiles
• Screening of new staff is prioritised to meet deadlines
• Managing workload effectively
• Communicating status of Screening to HR Manager before offer of employment is made
• Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the company’s computer systems.
• Answering and forwarding telephone calls
• Keeping management informed of progress of 5 year screening within first 13 weeks of employment in accordance with PSA 28:2013
• Maintain accurate tidy screening files
• Providing administrative support within the company’s HR Department

ROLE REQUIREMENTS;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• IT skills
