PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who can provide detalied communication to internal stakeholders in both English and Dutch.

Furthermore we’re looking for:

• Between 1-3 years of experience with salary administration
• Experience working with ADP (or other)
• Communication skills in both English and Dutch
• Problem solver
• MS excel experience
• PDL is desirable not mandatory

• Execute service processes related to Payroll, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), or Human Resources (HR) administration for an assigned group of employees
• Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers
• Communicate information regarding payroll policies and standards on assigned payroll processes to internal customers as needed
• Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Payroll Service
• Ensures correct preparation of information and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, etc.)., if applicable
• Role is an individual contributor who performs activities in support of an internal team. Responsibilities generally focus on data entry activities and coordinating on a task. Generally delivering on pre-defined tasks
