  • HR System AdminLocation: Al Barsha4.5 Working DaysSalary: AED 7000 - AED10000Contractual: 1-year (Renewable)We are seeking a detail-oriented HR System Administrator to support HR data administration and government-portal processes on a 1-year, extendable contract.This role combines HR operations, system administration, data entry, and PMO-style coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing submissions and applications through relevant Dubai Government portals, and supporting internal stakeholders with process tracking and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, validate, and maintain employee information accurately within internal HR systems and relevant Dubai Government portals.
  • Manage employee-related applications and submissions on behalf of the organisation, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for employee documentation, status changes, and administrative requests.
  • Monitor application progress, follow up on pending actions, and coordinate with internal teams or external government entities where required.
  • Prepare trackers, reports, dashboards, and status updates for HR and management stakeholders.
  • Support PMO-related activities, including process documentation, task tracking, action logs, and coordination of administrative deliverables.
  • Identify data discrepancies, resolve incomplete records, and maintain a high standard of data quality and confidentiality.
  • Assist with improving HR administration workflows, system usage, and record-management processes.
  • Ensure all employee data and documentation are handled in line with internal policies and applicable UAE requirements.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR function as required.
  • RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR administration, HR systems, data entry, document control, PMO coordination, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience using UAE or Dubai Government portals for employee-related processes is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage confidential employee information.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of data entry, documentation, and application tracking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language skills would be an advantage, but are not mandatory.
  • Open to candidates of any nationality.
