REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Python programming, Adobe Suite, QGIS, SketchUp, and ATLAS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Responsibilities
  • Assist HRBP in day-to-day HR Systems Implementation and projects.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting to support HRBP decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to enhance HR processes and practices.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR training & system programs.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HRBP in workforce planning and talent management efforts.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of HR data and sensitive information.
