To be the right match for this position we are not looking for any specific educational background, but we are looking for hands-on experience with implementing and operating a HR system, preferably SAP SuccesFactors or a similar system in a larger organization. You are used to working in HR systems and understand the daily operational tasks such as changing processes and data, implementing new functionalities, release management ect., and you have experience working with integrations. If you in addition to this also have experience with either project management or being a driving force in larger projects, you might be just what we are looking for.

You will become a part of our HR Masterdata & Processes team, workring from our offices in either Esbjerg, Silkeborg and Aarhus. The team is responsible for our salary process, HR-system, HR masterdata, as well as our continuous work with HR analytics and reporting. Our team currently consists of 11 colleagues, and we are a part of Norlys HR-department consisting of approx. 40 colleagues.
You will play a crucial part in the “New HR system”-project working closely alongside our tracklead and across different tracks in the project. Your main focus will be on supporting the implementation of the new system, hypercare and the following operation of the system.
Through your close collaboration with colleagues working on the other tracks of the projects you will strive to secure an efficient interaction across processes and modules always keeping the best possible output for the users in mind.
