What the role will entail Ensure data completeness, quality, availability, and security by performing daily processing, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT for resolution and testing. Develop and execute validation rules to enhance data monitoring, and support internal projects through effective data sourcing, storage, and reporting. Gather stakeholder requirements and create dashboards using visualization tools, transforming data through SQL or related scripting. Automate HR data processes using tools such as Macros, VBA, SQL, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve efficiency and accuracy. Manage new data sources by coordinating with HR and IT, implementing integration plans, conducting UAT, and publishing updates with user guidance. Lead innovation and process improvement initiatives by researching tools, deploying enhancements, and facilitating training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Deliver data-driven business insights through analytics projects that support profitability, customer relationships, risk reduction, and strategic decision-making. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or any quantitative field in science At least 2 years working experience in the fields of MIS, data management, analytics or systems design and analysis Demonstrates a strong drive and passion for delivering high-quality results with innovation, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
