Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
what you’ll be doing
As our People Data & Systems analyst, you’ll be working in our People Experience & Operations team. You’ll be responsible for looking after our People Systems, making sure they’re working correctly, responding to queries from our teams. You’ll also play a big part in developing the systems to be fit for the future

Additionally you will:

• Be the key administrator of our HR Information System (HRIS) which is Dayforce
• Keep the system running correctly, and working closely with our superusers from other European offices
• Review & update user manuals, documentation and change requests
• Work as the bridge between our People Experience & Operation team and our Technology & Transformation team.
• Support and lead the superuser community
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to make change happen smoothly and successfully

you’ll have

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Able to understand people processes and data management
• Understanding of system infrastructure and technology frameworks would be the cherry on top
• Communicate effectively and adapt your style to non-system people
• Able to understand data security and rigour
• A collaborative approach, a desire to build strong relationships with peers to enact change quickly & compliantly
