Role: HR System Analyst - HR Domain (Preferred SAP Success Factors and Employee Central Experience)

PROJECT SUMMARY:

Main project will surround the content creation for communications regarding the upcoming tooling switch over to Success Factors and Employee Central.
Daily Responsibilities:
Will connect with different team members as neededWill focus on a particular body of workKicking off a new project and acting in the initial phasesUpdating resources as necessaryMaintaining documentation and resource updates

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Success Factors or Employee Central (or Partner Central)
• Jira
• Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-Haves:

• Program management type background

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $39.16 - $47.16 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remot

• Supporting in 2 areas
• Success Factors and Employee Central
• Knowing how the systems work, familiarity with HR applications
• Knowing how different users interact with the tooling (managers, IC, approvers, payroll, benefits etc) understanding what the user experience is
• Can help identify items that need to be changed before new app updates, documentation uplift, update and provide content, and help make the most of the technology
• Technical expertise and communication is strong, can communicate to both technical and non-technical people
