• Develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions within a complex Workday ecosystem.
• Define and refine technical requirements to prioritize high-impact work.
• Analyze the impact of contingent worker processes on existing HR systems and recommend enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience, particularly in Talent Management and Development.
• Document system workflows, configuration details, and operating procedures for knowledge sharing and support.
• Maintain detailed records in the JIRA ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
