Job Description As the GBS HR Systems Consultant (NASP) for HR Systems, you are the central point of contact for the implementation, coordination, and management of all national HR applications. This role bridges technical and communicative gaps between local teams, global IT applications, and specific teams worldwide. Your expertise in global IT applications will drive successful consultancy functions, change request management, incident resolution, and application reporting. You will ensure that all HR systems operate efficiently within the country(ies), while also contributing to several parallel IT projects, such as automation initiatives, project rollouts, and S/4HANA implementation. Your contribution to something big: Act as the main contact for national HR applications, ensuring stable operations and continuous system availability; Manage HR IT incidents end to end, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution; Coordinate and execute testing activities for HR applications, including defect tracking and follow‑up; Initiate and manage change requests, ensuring alignment, feasibility, and transparent communication; Serve as the interface between country organizations and global HR IT teams, fostering clear and effective collaboration; Provide functional support to Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM) teams, acting as a trusted technical contact; Prepare documentation, training materials, and user communications related to HR system and process changes; Support or lead national HR IT rollout and improvement projects, contributing to automation and digital transformation initiatives; Manage basic reporting activities and participate in alignment meetings with NASP, GASP, and RASP communities. Qualifications What distinguishes you: Education: High School Diploma required; degree in HR, IT, or related fields is a plus. Experience: Initial experience in HR IT, HR systems, or application support; Experience across the employee lifecycle is advantageous. Know‑how: SAP knowledge is mandatory (SAP HCM / SuccessFactors preferred); Experience with HR tools such as Smart Recruiters, EdCast, XFT; Good MS Office skills and strong interest in HR digitalization. Languages: English is mandatory and additional languages are a plus.
