JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems management, with specific expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our HR systems.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the line management of a team of 2 Systems Analysts, ensuring the seamless operation and functionality of the HR systems.
  • SuccessFactors Expertise: Utilise in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to manage, configure, and optimise the system to meet business needs.
  • Project Management: Lead HR systems projects from start to finish, including system upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the systems.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to the wider teams and other users of HR systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that HR systems comply with legal, data protection, and security standards, implementing necessary controls and audits.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and analytics via SuccessFactors to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Change Management: Oversee the change management process for HR systems, including communication, training, and support for system users
