ARE YOU WORKING WITHIN A HR/PEOPLE SERVICES FUNCTION AND FAMILIAR WITH THE HR LIFECYCLE AND PROCESSES? DO YOU HAVE PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF ADMINISTERING HR SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE? CAN YOU EXTRACT, ANALYSE AND EVALUATE DATA TO SUPPORT BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT?

We are looking for an experienced HR Systems and People Data Analyst to maintain and improve HR systems, ensuring we deliver service excellence and key business objectives. In this newly created position, you will support with organisational transformation by identifying operational efficiencies, improving employee experience, and enabling evidence-based decision making through data analysis.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):

  • Delivering system improvements in line with the strategic People Services Business plan.
  • Managing system administration and configuration of HR system (iTrent) including supporting system upgrades.
  • Managing relationships with software suppliers.
  • Creating, reviewing and maintaining a suite of People Data reports.
  • Working proactively with People Partners to highlight trends and patterns in workforce activity.
  • Supporting with the delivery of annual reporting to Arts Council England, the RSC Board, SLT and other funding and governance bodies.
  • Providing project management support delivery for People Services projects.
Responsibilities
  • Experience in a HR/People Services function and familiarity with HR lifecycle and processes.
  • Knowledge of HR system administration, particularly design, configuration and maintenance, workflow processes, data conversation and structures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience of preparing reports to extract, analyse and evaluate data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and ability to manage multiple priorities
