The HR Systems & Reporting Associate will support the day-to-day operations of our HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data integrity, managing internal workflows, and creating reports and dashboards that help guide people’s decisions. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who’s interested in learning and improving the way our systems support HR processes.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, data analytics, or a systems/process-oriented support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HR processes and workflows (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Lever) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Power BI and/or Smartsheet (preferred)
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate or Zapier (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accuracy in HRIS and ATS data
  • Update system workflows, job templates, and notifications
  • Pull scheduled and ad hoc reports for business and HR leaders
  • Assist with light automation tasks and workflow optimization
  • Monitor SFTP feeds and Power Automate flows for issues
  • Support Smartsheet tools for onboarding, job requisitions, and check-ins
  • Coordinate support tickets and vendor communications
  • Conduct routine data audits
  • Document SOPs and maintain process documentation
  • Other duties as assigned
