Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS support (password resets, access issues, troubleshooting)
  • Monitor, triage, and escalate system issues as needed
  • Run reports, analyze data, and support regular data audits
  • Assist with system testing, updates, and basic configurations
  • Document processes and maintain user-friendly guides
  • Partner with HR and IT to enhance the employee experience
