Responsibilities

PURPOSE

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-orientated HR Specialist, with a keen interest in systems to join our growing HR team. As our HR Systems Specialist, you will play a key part in supporting the full employee life cycle and managing/optimising the HR & Payroll information system. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient data entry for payroll processing and for providing a people-centric HR and payroll service, embedding energystore’s core values into your everyday work.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY TASKS

HR

  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with internal processes and GDPR
  • Administer HR related documentation such as employment contracts, new starter documentation and leaver letters
  • Process changes to terms & conditions of employment (e.g. promotions, salary changes etc)
  • Assist with the recruitment & onboarding of new colleagues
  • Be a first point of contact for employees and line managers on employee relations issues

ACCOUNTABILITY & SCOPE

  • You will have contact with various stakeholders, from Directors through to Installers and you will be a key point of contact for all payroll related queries across the Group
  • Working in partnership with our HRIS & payroll provider
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
