TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Experienced. You have a successful track record in high-volume or specialized sourcing in a corporate or agency environment. You have expert knowledge of candidate identification and preliminary screening. You have experience with technology tools and digital platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing extensions. Relationship Builder. Whether working with candidates or the Recruiters you support, you showcase strong client relationship skills, including proficiency in prioritizing critical searches, delivering feedback, and managing workflow. You possess strong consulting, influencing, and engagement skills. Organized Communicator. Youre organized and can multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, and drive for desired results. You can craft effective messaging to attract talent in a competitive market. ##LI-DNI Qualifications Champion the Candidate & Hiring Leader Recruitment Experience. You will execute sourcing initiatives and manage the active and passive candidate pool while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience. You will act as the first point of contact, crafting compelling outreach to engage talent and converting passive leads into active applicants. Build Relationships throughout the Business. You will act as a partner to the Senior Recruiters and Hiring Leaders, advising them on market trends and competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team to define candidate personas and set clear expectations for pipeline development. Deliver Results. You will deliver results as measured by metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline health, data integrity, time to submit, candidate quality and diversity, and process adherence. You will provide evidence of strategic sourcing plans in support of niche hiring needs and contributions to the overall Talent Strategy. Leverage Tools and Resources to Set You Up for Success. You will leverage the appropriate technology, tools, and resources needed to execute search strategies, especially as you work to find and attract passive talent. You will utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, X-Ray search, and AI-driven sourcing tools to uncover hidden talent. You will execute on employer branding strategies, including supporting the @ADPCareers social media and digital platforms.
