As an HR Intern, you will be a highly motivated individual who is responsible for supporting the recruitment strategy focusing on the day-to-day and strategic recruitment goals of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or similar field.
  • Previous experience in HR an advantage.
  • Ability to be a team player, being supportive, action-oriented, problem-solving and entrepreneurial.
  • Ability to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment with different priorities.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Learning agility and creative thinking, being reliable, trustworthy and transparent.
  • Good level Microsoft Office skills (PPT; Excel; Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Eligible to work in Italy/EU without sponsorship
Responsibilities
  • Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top candidates, leveraging online social networking, traditional networking, Linkedin searches, and referrals.
  • Review applications on ATS system and accordingly process candidates.
  • Participate in organizing campus events and careers days.
  • Ensure continuous market mapping so that the company maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Work on Employer Branding iniatives and campaign
  • Support the TA strategy with market intelligence insights to ensure that main recruitment KPIs are met.
  • Gain knowledge of additional HR areas such as Comp&bens, Learning&Development, HR Business Partnering, and liaise with other teams on cross-functional projects.
