WORKFORCE PLANNING & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

  • Maintain a live hiring roadmap with timelines, cost projections, and approval checkpoints.
  • Lead manpower planning in alignment with business plans and JV structures.
  • Build clear org charts, job descriptions, and succession plans for Serdal and subsidiaries.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-HR role.
  • Proven experience in scaling HR in a holding company or multi-entity structure.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa processes, and compliance.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
