Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to support our global operations and take ownership of day-to-day HR administration and recruitment across the business.

Reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Services Officer, this is a hands-on role requiring someone who is equally comfortable maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation as they are managing an end-to-end recruitment process.

The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination for HR and recruitment matters across the Group, working closely with senior management to understand hiring requirements, identify high-quality candidates and ensure that our HR records, documentation and processes remain organised, accurate and up to date.

*Key Responsibilities*

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, seniority levels and geographical locations.

- Liaise directly with senior management and hiring managers to understand current and upcoming recruitment requirements.

- Draft professional and commercially appropriate job descriptions, job specifications and candidate profiles.

- Identify the most appropriate recruitment channels for each vacancy.

- Advertise roles across relevant job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

- Proactively headhunt and approach suitable candidates, rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

- Review applications and CVs and conduct initial candidate screening.

- Prepare high-quality candidate shortlists for hiring managers.

- Conduct initial screening interviews where appropriate.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and senior team members across different locations and time zones.

- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional candidate experience.

- Obtain references and supporting documentation where required.

- Assist with preparation of offers, employment documentation and onboarding.

- Maintain an accurate recruitment tracker covering all live vacancies, candidates, interview stages, offers and outcomes.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.

*Global HR Administration*

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee records across the Group.

- Ensure all required HR forms, contracts, identification documents and supporting documentation are properly completed, filed and maintained.

- Maintain central records of employment contracts, consultancy agreements, amendments, salary changes, probation periods, notice periods and other key employment information.

- Monitor important HR dates including probation reviews, contract renewals, visa/work permit expiries and other employee-related deadlines.

- Prepare and maintain HR templates, forms, letters and standard documentation.

- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, salary increase letters and other HR correspondence.

- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding documentation and processes.

- Ensure new joiner files are complete and all required documentation has been obtained prior to or shortly following commencement.

- Maintain employee leave and absence records where applicable.

- Assist with HR reporting and preparation of employee information requested by senior management.

- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee, candidate, compensation and company information.

- Support the Chief Corporate Services Officer with wider HR and people-related matters as required.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive HR and recruitment professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international business.

This role requires someone who does not need to be heavily managed. They should be capable of taking a recruitment requirement from a senior manager and independently progressing it from job specification and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and offer stage.

They must also have a strong administrative mindset and understand that accurate HR records, documentation and follow-up are an essential part of the role.

*Essential Experience & Skills*

- Previous professional experience across both Human Resources and Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is essential.

- Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end recruitment.

- Strong experience proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates.

- Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment/job advertising platforms.

- Ability to assess CVs effectively and identify strong candidates against a specific brief.

- Experience drafting job descriptions and candidate specifications.

- Strong HR administration and employee records management experience.

- Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information.

- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Confident communicating with senior executives and hiring managers.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR priorities simultaneously.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • - Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks from start to completion.
