HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist – Deloitte Israel Deloitte, the world’s leading consulting and accounting firm, is looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As part of your role, you will: Lead the recruitment process for technical and professional positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing job offers. Facilitate onboarding for new employees and provide continuous support to ensure a positive employee experience. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR guidelines, procedures, and day-to-day inquiries. Maintain and update employee records, tracking employment status and organizational changes. Support performance management and employee development initiatives; assist with evaluations and feedback processes. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand division needs, proactively build talent pipelines, and drive effective hiring strategies. Contribute to compensation updates, organizational changes, and smooth offboarding procedures. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. English – native speaker level. 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or via placement). Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. Proven experience conducting face-to-face interviews and direct interaction with hiring managers – strong advantage. Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage processes. Basic familiarity with HR processes (such as onboarding, employee engagement activities, or HR reporting) – an advantage.
