* Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for regional hub positions and key country-level roles, specializing in automotive, engineering, and tech profiles. * Conduct research and analyze external market data (salary benchmarks, talent availability, competitor mapping) to advise hiring managers on hiring feasibility and talent location strategies. * Build and maintain recruitment dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel) to track and report key metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Sourcing Funnel Conversion Rates, and Quality of Hire. * Use recruitment data to influence and guide regional hiring managers on talent decisions, managing expectations regarding market realities and talent pipelines. * Act as the first point of contact for assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with business goals and providing guidance on HR policies and employee relations. * Analyze internal HR data (e.g., employee turnover, tenure, exit interview feedback, engagement survey results) to identify trends, predict attrition, and propose proactive retention strategies to department heads. * Assist in facilitating annual performance management and talent review cycles for assigned business units, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with regional guidelines. * Monitor new hire integration and gather feedback at critical milestones (e.g., Day 30, 90) to improve retention and onboarding programs.
