We’re looking for someone who is passioned about driving the employee engagement and a culture of learning in our organization through great marketing and communication to our people. You will be joining the Global Talent, Learning & DEI team with a specific focus on a very innovative AI-driven project on building the Skills Based Organization. Responsibilities
  • You’ll assist the Talent and Leadership Development team in various projects aimed at enhancing employee development experience.
  • You’ll analyze and research best practices in development enabelers
  • You’ll develop communication materials, effectively conveying our talent and learning strategies, frameworks and policies .
  • You’ll participate in projects like mentoring, learning platforms or building centers of expertise. project to be decided together with candidate.
  • You’ll provide logistical and administrative support during program rollouts.
  • You’ll gather and analyze feedback from program participants to inform future improvements.
