We are now looking for an engaged and driven HR & Talent Manager to join our team in Gothenburg and play a key role in shaping and developing our HR processes as the company continues to scale. About the position: As our HR & Talent Manager, you will be the key person in our daily HR operations and a central partner to both leaders and employees. This is a broad and hands-on role where you will work across the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to culture, development, and people experience. You will drive and improve routines, processes, and initiatives that strengthen our organization and support a sustainable, inclusive, and engaging workplace. You will, among other things: Support managers and employees in a wide range of HR-related topics. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure we attract and retain the right talent. Build and enhance HR processes within areas such as performance, feedback, and competence development. Drive initiatives within employer branding, company culture, people experience, office environment, communication, and internal events. Contribute to a healthy, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment. Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of broad HR experience, preferably from a growing organization or tech environment. Experience across key HR areas such as recruitment, onboarding, culture, development, and work environment. Solid understanding of Swedish labor law and HR best practices. A proactive, practical, and prestige-less mindset, you enjoy making things happen and building together with others. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
