Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR & Talent Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting HR and recruitment functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

ONBOARDING & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE:

  • Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Assist with organising training sessions and development programs.
  • Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Access Software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide timely updates.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
  • Experience in the care sector.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £26,000.00 per year
