Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The HR & Talent Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting HR and recruitment functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
ONBOARDING & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE:
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
- Assist with organising training sessions and development programs.
- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Access Software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide timely updates.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
- Experience in the care sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
