Description

Our internal HR team of 14 are a key division of our Professional Support team. The HR team provides varied HR support to the firm across the entire employee lifecycle including, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, retention and separation.
As a team administrator, you will provide support to the talent function, as well as the wider HR Team. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, as well as providing additional administrative support to the HR Partner.

Responsibilities

KEY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Provide full administrative support, screening, interview scheduling, and administering assessments.
  • Along with the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, monitor the recruitment inbox and with supervision, develop job descriptions, adverts, interview questions and relevant technical assessments.
  • Assist with producing relevant reports where necessary.
  • Support in the drafting of job adverts for review and post vacancies on Buzzacotts ATS, job boards and social media sites.
  • Check that all interview feedback is received, and manage candidate feedback through both agencies and direct candidates.
  • Check and process recruitment invoices for review and approval, ensuring correct rates are applied by agency suppliers.
  • Support the Early Careers Advisor with the trainee recruitment, and where appropriate, manage a recruitment cycle from start to finish
  • Support the HR Assistant with onboarding and drafting contracts of employment.
  • Draft communication, for review by other HR Team members to be posted on the intranet.
  • Supporting the HR Partner with relevant task such as diary management, submitting expenses and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • General admin support to the wider HR team, including weekly meeting agendas and ensuring all trackers are up to date.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3 A-Levels (equivalent of 120 UCAS points) and Level 6 in English Language and Maths GCSE.
  • Experience of working in a busy environment and to deadlines
  • Experience of working in a team environment with shared responsibilities and covering colleagues as necessary
  • Strong administration skills, excellent accuracy and attention to detail with proficiency in excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage own workload
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Recruitment experience and / or administrative experience, supporting line managers and managing complex diaries
  • Confident, proactive and flexible in your approach with a desire to develop and learn in a fast paced environment
