Description

EXCEPTIONAL HR/TEAM ADMINISTRATOR (PART TIME)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum pro-rata, 25 days holiday, plus 8 days bank holiday pro-rata.
Location: Fully remote working, but you must be able to attend one face-to-face meeting per month in the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire area.
Hours: 20-30 hours per week, worked over 5 days. Flexible start and finish times if required. Willing to consider two part-timers/job sharing – max 40 hours if job share.
Due to our ongoing success and growth, we’re looking for a standout HR/Team Administrator to support our small team. The successful person will be able to deliver a consistently high level of administrative support to enable the team to give the best possible service & advice to our clients.
You will bring your exceptional attention to detail, an accurate way of working and ability to follow processes and MS/technical skills to help and support our small team. Ideally, you will have worked in a professional services business, consultancy environment, or an SME, where you understand the pressures faced by our client facing team, the importance of providing effective and timely support, and the need to get things right first time! Whilst you don’t need HR experience as you will be fully trained in our systems and processes, it would be beneficial if you had some knowledge and experience in HR. Your excellent time management skills, can-do attitude, and the ability to prioritise your own workload will be key to ensure the highest levels of documentation and support are provided to our team and our clients.
