Business Contribution: The HR Technology Intern will support Enerpac's HR Technology team in optimizing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's HR systems and people data infrastructure. This role offers hands on exposure to enterprise HR platforms, data workflows, and automation initiatives. The intern will work at the intersection of human resources and technology, contributing to digital HR projects Key Responsibilities: Write and maintain Python scripts to automate HR data tasks such as report generation, data cleansing, and file transformation. Contribute to HR analytics projects by pulling, organizing, and visualizing workforce data to support decision-making. Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and extract HR data. Read and interpret HR process documentation to identify solutions and improvements. Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and documenting findings. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various HRIS processes. Support HR Tech projects, including system rollouts, reporting enhancements, and data validation. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and automate manual tasks. Required Capabilities: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries such as pandas, numpy, transformers, FastAPI etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy.
