Tasks: · Support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the context of the Digital HR Transformation. · Support software as it relates to Human Resources (SAP HR, Successfactors). Establish and refine requirements for software application and use. · Create and update training materials to support system processes. · Innovate HR processes and build workflows with low-code tools (Power Platform). · Execute testing to ensure successful software upgrades/updates.
