Responsibilities
  • A relevant Master’s degree (in HR, Business, or IT) with excellent academic results
  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience in the area of HR Technology, ideally within a consultancy firm;
  • Experience with HR technology, preferably in Oracle HCM Cloud and/or HR Service Delivery space;
  • The ability to work effectively in international teams;
  • Previous experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering quality commitments on time;
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent social and communication skills;
  • An excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch and English
