As a Senior Manager / Director, you will lead the delivery of strategic HR technology advisory services to our clients, helping them navigate complex digital transformations. You will bring deep expertise in platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday, and leverage this to guide clients through the design, selection, implementation, and optimization of their HR technology landscape. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to align HR technology strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring that digital solutions drive measurable improvements in employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational agility. Purpose-led work you’ll be part of As a Director/Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, with experience of leading teams to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include: Lead large-scale HR technology transformation programs across multiple industries. Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday. Develop and deliver HR technology strategies aligned with business goals, workforce needs, and digital transformation agendas. Oversee the design and deployment of HR operating models, process improvements, and change management initiatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to CHROs and senior HR leaders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, change, and data specialists to deliver integrated solutions. Drive business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your Profile Proven experience (10+ years) in HR technology consulting or transformation, ideally within a Big Four or leading consultancy. Deep functional and technical knowledge of at least one major HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday); experience across multiple platforms is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end HR technology implementations and transformations. Strong understanding of HR processes across talent management, core HR, payroll, learning, and workforce analytics. Experience in managing senior client relationships and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
