Job Purpose: To implement developed solutions that best fit business requirements, and act as a second line of technical support for all HR systems end-users to solve any system related issues. Also, to support in conducting technical trainings for all HR systems, to ensure HR staff members are aligned with applications features. Description: HR Systems Development 1. Gather business requirements and document technical design/architecture in order to develop solutions that address HR systems challenges effectively. 2. Implement solution framework/specification focused on exit/release criteria to support the end-user (HR employees) in accurately managing all HR related activities. 3. Develop technical solutions and integrate Enterprise applications with other systems, to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including extensions, views, customizations, modifications, reports, and workflows independently or as a part of a team. 4. Ensure compliance with documentation practices, software development methodologies, version control and testing, and migration standards to promote sustainability and facilitate efficient code maintenance for future team members. 5. Analyze the performance of HR Systems within the test environment in order to maintain optimal functionality. 6. Assist in providing the needed technical support to all HR System end-users in order to solve any system related issues. 7. Assist in managing HR technical projects related to concerned applications in order to report any risks that may affect project deliverables. 8. Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate the development and integration of HR solutions ensuring alignment with projects requirements and timelines. 9. Provide status report for all processes on the HR system (e.g. Vacations, Performance Management, Overtime, and all self-service processes) to ensure providing the HR department with the relevant reports. 10. Support in the technical training of all HR related applications to ensure that all HR members are fully aligned with the applications features to ensure effective and efficient work environment. Qualifications & Experience § Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science is required § For Principal Engineer: 4 – 6 years of experience in the Information Services Industry § For Engineer: 2 - 4 years of experience in the Information Services Industry § Technical Knowledge beyond one programming language and database § Knowledge of the principles of system design and database concepts § Knowledge of HR Enterprise Applications Skills § Very good command of the English & Arabic languages § Team Working Skills § Presentation and communication skills § Writing, Reporting & Analysis Skills §Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
