Description
Job Purpose: To manage the first level technical support of all the HR systems (e.g. Performance Management, Taleo Recruitment, and Oracle) for all employees to ensure that all provided services are within the acceptable standards and ensure work continuity. In addition, review all the created/uploaded data to ensure having accurate and reliable data and mitigate risk. Service Excellence & Support Management a. Lead and manage the first layer of HR systems support, ensuring timely resolution of cases and proactive escalation to higher support tiers when required. b. Establish service-level agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance metrics to guarantee employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Data Governance & Quality Assurance a. Oversee the creation, upload, and validation of HR data across Oracle EBS, Taleo, and performance management systems, ensuring compliance with approved organizational structures and governance protocols. b. Implement robust data quality frameworks and approval workflows to maintain accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness. Systems Administration & Record Management a. Ensure all employee-related data and HR records are accurately maintained and continuously updated across HR platforms. b. Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual interventions and enhance system reliability. Project Management & Implementation a. Act as project manager for HR system initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to define requirements, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of solutions. b. Consolidate and validate testing outcomes of new applications or enhancements, ensuring successful deployment and adoption. Training & Change Management a. Design and deliver regular training programs, awareness sessions, and system briefings to enhance team productivity, technical proficiency, and adaptability to new deployments. b. Champion change management initiatives to drive user adoption and maximize ROI from HR technology investments. Performance Management Cycle Oversight a. Supervise the end-to-end performance management cycle within Oracle systems, ensuring technical functionality, process alignment, and seamless execution. b. Partner with HR leadership to optimize workflows and reporting capabilities. Absence & Leave Management a. Manage the leaves framework module, ensuring efficient absence tracking and compliance with organizational policies. b. Collaborate with SOC and Corporate Services teams to validate data accuracy and communicate updates effectively to employees. System Monitoring & Issue Resolution a. Regularly review system status monitors (Oracle & Taleo) to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve errors. b. Implement proactive monitoring tools and escalation protocols to minimize downtime and disruptions. Strategic HR Technology Leadership a. Provide oversight and coordination for HR systems projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timely achievement of milestones. b. Serve as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure system scalability, innovation, and compliance with best practices Policies, Processes and Procedures Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Day- to-day operations Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the HRIS department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures Compliance Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks Qualifications & Experience § Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or its equivalent is required § Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in the Information Services Industry Skills § Very good command of English & Arabic languages § Time management & Team work skills § Communication skills § Writing, Reporting & Analysis Skills §Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
