SUMMARY:
The HR Technology & Reporting Analyst is a technical partner supporting Human Resources through system management, data integration, and analytics. Reporting to the VP of Software, this role builds and maintains dashboards and reports using Power BI and Dayforce, enabling leadership to make data-informed decisions.
This position requires strong business acumen, hands-on experience working with APIs and backend data tools, and the ability to analyze workforce data to surface actionable insights. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations — not simply pulling or interpreting prebuilt reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and data engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure the HRIS platform is optimized and functioning smoothly.

Salary range: $80,000-$120,000/yr
