Overview Location: Chennai , Ambattur Position Objective : Incubent will play a pivotal role in assisting various human resources functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, Learning & development , and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Sourcing suitable applications/resumes through various i.e. Job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, employee referral, and campus hiring. Initial screen of applications/resumes Coordinated with hiring managers for scheduling interviews, seeking feedbacks Ensure completion of interview process in partnership with the Hiring Managers for qualified candidates and facilitate is making right decisions. Help close all open positions within the lead time to hire. The target is 50 days (from the time position is open to it is filled) Obtain feedback from candidate on Selection Process and collate the collected feedback Coordinate to complete the Background verification with the external consultant and sort out issues if any identified. Learning & Development Assist scheduling L&D programs as per the directions of HR Manager Assist and coordinate in logistics arrangements for training programs executions Ensure recordings of training programs details in the Kemin University knowledge portal Other HR operations Assist in HR operations activities Assist in filing the documents Assist in ISO documentation as per the directions of HR Manager Assist in activities like the below following and limited to: Employee Onboarding / Fast Start Employee expense claims Employee engagements Employee e-magazines Kemin ToastMaster club Other HR interventions etc., Qualifications MSW / MBA specialized in Human Resource Management – Freshers / 1-2yrs work experience #LI-SS1
