Role Overview: The HR Trainee supports in administrative process in all areas of HR. Will be a great opportunity to learn from all areas of HR. Key Responsibilities: Support in the administrative process Help with the recruitment and selection process Scheduling interviews Suport in the onbaording process Training and Development area support Labor Relations area support Critical Competencies for Success Still Studing the Business Administration Degree, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources degree or similar 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th semester (a must) intermediate english level (desirable) Microsoft (word, power point, excel) skills Good attitude Availability from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday thru Friday.
