Responsibilities
  • Recruiting, selection, and staffing.
  • Visa processing and follow-up.
  • Insurance processing and follow-up.
  • Organizational departmental planning.
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Employee relations.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
  • Employee services and counseling.
  • Creating induction plans and orientation for new team members on all levels, within the restaurant (management included). This includes, but is not limited to, company handbook, product knowledge information, and training plans.
  • Assisting the unit managers in delivering appraisals and regular performance reviews.
  • Initiating, coordinating, executing, and following-up on all training activities within all the restaurants and back office.
  • Monitoring the ongoing training activities in every restaurant and if needed providing training support, like co-facilitating the course with their in-house trainers and/or providing a sense of direction in their training endeavors.
  • Updating training materials to make them more relevant to the needs of the organization.
  • Coordinating with training providers for Fire Safety Training, Person in Charge Training, First Aid Training, Basic Food Hygiene, and other hygiene-related training of our entire staff.
  • Ensuring and providing ongoing feedback and follow-up on employee and management-related challenges.
  • Continuously identifying new ways to improve quality within the department.
  • Training our employees and managers on the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of our organization.
  • Attending meetings, outlets shift briefings, and staff communication meetings to discuss training and quality updates. Ensuring that communication meeting minutes are filed accordingly.
  • Constantly monitor the staff’s appearance, attitude, and degree of professionalism to ensure their strict adherence to the company’s standards of quality service.
  • Processing attendance and payroll.
