Lead and coordinate strategic HR transformation initiatives in partnership with the Senior Transformation Manager. Represent the programme in governance forums and manage programme artefacts and documentation. Oversee programme budgets, cost savings, and benefit realisation in collaboration with finance. Shape and deliver change communications and engagement plans with Internal Comms. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage risks across workstreams. Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Drive integration of AI and automation in HR practices. Champion new ways of working and capability building across HR. A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Experienced in HR transformation, organisational change, or business transformation (3+ years). Skilled in programme and project management, governance, and risk coordination. Adept in stakeholder engagement, communications, and change enablement. Familiar with HR operating models, GenAI, automation, and future of work trends. Capable of navigating ambiguity and adapting to change with composure. Strong communicator with storytelling and facilitation skills. Ethical and trustworthy, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
