Description:
ABOUT THE JOB
The HR Transformation Senior Consultant mission is to lead complex HR transformation projects, while coaching junior team members, and striving for the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques. Develops and manages new and existing transformation programs by recommending, monitoring or adjusting appropriate procedures and tools to enable the achievement of the HR Strategy goals.
PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS
At least 4 years of Consulting Experience, preferably on HR
Master Project Management Techniques and Tools (Certification in Project Management is a plus)
Highly skilled on presentation development and MS. Office Tools
Critical Thinking and Open to Change mindset
Good oral and communication skills
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English is required
Client focused
Attention to detail/rigor
Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training
Ability to understand, explain and support change
