WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Transformation Solution Lead / SuccessFactors Architect to drive the design and implementation of innovative HR solutions. This role will be leading the transformation of HR processes through the effective use of SuccessFactors and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on the Hire to Retire capability, and will demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.

As our HR Transformation Solution Lead you’ll

  • Manage project risks and facilitate issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses to challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and manage functional and client teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance among team members.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll, providing guidance and insights to the team and stakeholders.
  • Oversee integration and interface solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems and processes.
  • Provide techno-functional expertise in time and leave management, including integration with third-party rostering systems.
  • Manage the integration of Payroll posting journals with Finance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure effective configuration of schemas and rules in alignment with the service catalog, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Proactively resolve and manage issues, providing troubleshooting support to the team as needed.
  • Conduct quality reviews of deliverables, ensuring compliance with project standards and facilitating peer reviews across streams.
  • Work closely with all relevant teams within the project to ensure an integrated solution that meets business requirements.
  • Facilitate the review and sign-off process for all deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
  • Define, control, and deliver the solution scope, ensuring that all project tasks and deliverables are compliant with established standards.
  • Utilize effective business consultation skills, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills to drive project success.
