Description
Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, local transportation, and itineraries. Maintain travel calendars and ensure timely bookings aligned with company travel policies. Assist employees with travel-related queries and provide support during travel emergencies or changes. Visa & Documentation: Handle end-to-end visa processing for employees, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and liaising with agencies or embassies. Ensure all travel and visa documents are updated, compliant, and properly filed. Ordering & Procurement: Manage ordering of office-related items such as travel supplies, stationery, and admin essentials. Coordinate with vendors for quotations, procurement requests, deliveries, and follow-ups. Maintain inventory records and ensure timely replenishment. Expense Management: Assist employees with travel expense claims and ensure accurate documentation. Assist our Finance team in maintaining all kinds of expenses. Review, verify, and consolidate travel and admin expenses for approval. Support month-end expense reporting and maintain records for audits. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Travel Management, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in travel coordination, admin, or HR support roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time-sensitive tasks.
