The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused HR Truck Driver to join our Brendale team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of timber and panel products to customers across South East Queensland. You will play an important role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service by ensuring deliveries are completed accurately, professionally and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Safely operate HR vehicles to complete customer deliveries.
  • Load, secure and unload deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and pre-start checks.
  • Complete delivery documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service.
  • Maintain compliance with road transport and workplace safety requirements.
  • Assist with loading activities and warehouse operations as required.
  • Report vehicle, product or delivery issues promptly.
  • Promote a strong safety culture in all aspects of the role.


About You

You will bring:

  • Current HR Driver Licence (essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Good driving record and professional attitude.
  • Ability to manage delivery schedules and meet customer expectations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Forklift Licence highly regarded.
  • Experience within building materials, manufacturing or distribution industries will be advantageous.
